Cargoes --

This is simple trade and commerce. But commerce is not the problem. They did not simply ship goods and services, they deceived people into thinking they needed these things. They created a demand, oppressed those who made the goods, cheated those who moved the goods, manipulated the market to increase their profits, and thought this was only "good business". In their greed and corruption, they lusted for more power.
