Concubines --

The other "wives" of Abraham are called concubines. This word is found 35 times in the OT, There is a distinction between wives and concubines, but the exact legal distinction is not clear. The servants of Jacob's wives are called concubines but received an equal inheritance along with the sons of his wives.
