Jesus said to him, "He who has bathed needs only to wash his feet, but is completely clean; and you are clean, but not all [of you]." [NASB]

λέγει αὐτῷ ὁ Ἰησοῦς, Ὁ λελουμένος οὐκ ἔχει χρείαν εἰ μὴ τοὺς πόδας νίψασθαι, ἀλλ’ ἔστιν καθαρὸς ὅλος· καὶ ὑμεῖς καθαροί ἐστε, ἀλλ’ οὐχὶ πάντες.

you are clean, but not all [of you] --

Some people think that Judas was converted and fell from grace. I think that this statement refutes this idea. Judas was not clean. He followed Jesus, but never fully submitted to Him. He had his own ideas of what the Messiah should be and what He should do. Instead of believing in Jesus, he believed in his image of what he thought the Messiah was. In a way, he was no different than the Pharisees or High Priest who did not accept Jesus as the Messiah they imagined.
