We are Abraham′s offspring --

They do not realize that they are slaves to sin. They cannot stop. They are like addicts who cannot break free from their addiction. Their religious, self-righteous attitude serves to hide the truth from them. They boast in their purity and the heritage they inherited from their fathers, which is only a castle built of sand. Religion is the worst kind of affliction. It blinds you to your weaknesses and replaces it with an arrogant self-righteousness that is offensive to God and man. In the end you destroy not only yourself, but all around you.
