I always do the things that are pleasing to Him --

This is the foundation of the Christian life. We should strive, through the power of the Holy Spirit, to always follow Him and do the things that please Him. We cannot do it in our own power. To do this requires us to die to self and recognize that God always wants the very, very best for us. It will seldom agree with our thoughts of what we want or think is best, but we have imperfect understanding and often want things that are, in the end, harmful to us.

I always do the things that are pleasing to Him --

This is one of those verses that highlight the often complicated and misunderstood relationship between Jesus and the Father. It causes problems for the "Jesus only" crowd because it talks about the Father being with Jesus because Jesus always does the will of the Father.

God is Eternal, All-Powerful, All-Knowing. We cannot even begin to comprehend Him, much less the Trinity and how it relates to each other. All we can do is to believe the scriptures and accept it by faith.

NOTE: Most of the arguments against the Trinity and certain aspects of the Trinity are based on human logic and reasoning. But it is impossible for a finite being to fully understand the nature of the infinite, unapproachable God.
