The Branch --

The term "the Branch" (Tsemach) is often used to refer to the Messiah:

Isa 53:1-2

Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed? 2 For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, [there is] no beauty that we should desire him.
[[NOTE; This verse does not use the term "Branch" but it is very close, calling him a "tender plant" and a "root"]]

Jer 23:5

Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch[H6780] and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth.

Jer 33:15

In those days, and at that time, will I cause the Branch[H6780] of righteousness to grow up unto David; and he shall execute judgment and righteousness in the land.

Zec 3:8

Hear now, O Joshua the high priest, thou, and thy fellows that sit before thee: for they [are] men wondered at: for, behold, I will bring forth my servant the Branch[H6780]

Zec 6:12

And speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh the LORD of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name [is] the Branch[H6780] and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of the LORD:

The Branch of the LORD will be beautiful and glorious --

This is the second coming of the Messiah. Contrast this with His first appearance:

Isaiah 53:2b-3

He has no stately form or majesty
That we should look upon Him,
Nor appearance that we should be attracted to Him.
He was despised and forsaken of men,
A man of sorrows and acquainted with grief;
And like one from whom men hide their face
He was despised, and we did not esteem Him
.

survivors of Israel --

It is clear from the scriptures that many will be killed prior to the return of the Messiah Jesus. But there will be survivors. And they will welcome and adore Him.
